Our vision is to be a community-focused and creative food truck focused on high-quality, primarily locally sourced and natural ingredients. We're a seasonal menu making small batches of bistro-street food experience. We value sustainability, close relationships with farmers, and respect our employees. Beyond making great food, we also feel called to serve our communities in tangible ways.
Rich
Rich has spent over 30 years in the food industry, including 15 years as a chef. The last ten years have been spent in the retail food market, submersed in the study of healthy food methods, including good organics, best animal welfare practices, and sustainability.
Andrew
Andrew is a lifelong foodie who is willing to try almost any food. He brings an outside perspective focused on food that is good and good for the project. His other passion is in finding ways to the serving our communities.
